Privacy.

The short version: what you send us is used to prepare your build plan. Nothing else.

What we collect. When you start a build, we collect what you type into the form — your idea, name, email, optional phone number, timing, planned investment, and any files or links you attach.

How we use it. To review your request, prepare your plan, and communicate with you about it. Your submission is read by Thomas and processed by VOLT, our internal build system. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Files. Uploaded files are stored securely and used only to understand your project. Don’t upload anything you wouldn’t want us to see — and never passwords or payment details; we will never ask for those in the form.

Services we rely on. Submissions are stored with Supabase and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both act as processors for us; neither uses your data for their own purposes.

Drafts on your device. The build form saves your in-progress answers in your own browser so a refresh doesn’t lose your work. That draft never leaves your device until you press send, and it’s cleared when you submit or start over.

Cookies & analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used — which pages are viewed and whether the build form is started and completed — so we can improve it. Analytics is off by default: Google Analytics only loads, and its _ga/_ga_* cookies are only set, after you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. Choosing “Reject non-essential” leaves analytics blocked and does not affect the site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie preferences (also linked in the footer); withdrawing clears the analytics cookies and stops further collection. We do not currently run advertising or marketing measurement (no Meta or TikTok pixels), and analytics is not used to identify you personally.

Removal. Want your submission deleted? Email info@techrunnersva.com with your reference number and we’ll remove it.
