Terms.

The short version: submitting the form starts a conversation, not a contract. Every engagement gets a clear written scope before any work or payment happens.

Submissions. Sending a build brief costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Investment ranges you select are signals that help us scope — they are not quotes, and we never charge based on them.

Engagements. Work begins only after you approve a written plan covering scope, timeline, and price. Changes to scope are agreed in writing. You approve major milestones, and nothing is launched publicly without your authorization.

Your materials. Content, logos, and files you provide remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you send us.

Deliverables. On full payment, the deliverables described in your plan are yours. Tools, frameworks, and internal systems we use to build (including VOLT) remain ours.

Honesty both ways. We only claim what’s real — live means live, delivered means delivered. We ask the same: accurate information about your business helps us build the right thing.
